| R. Ramsey Evans, III | President and Chief Executive Officer |
Robert "Ramsey" Evans, III was a founder and board member of Prognosis Health Information Systems before being appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in July 2009. He directs the daily operations of the company to ensure that Prognosis Health Information Systems meets the clinical, financial, and operational needs of hospitals, physicians, and nurses. Evans has spent his career managing and building emerging medical record companies. Prior to joining Prognosis Health, Evans was the chief executive officer and chief financial officer for Keais Records Service, Inc. Evans helped build Keais into one of the largest medical records retrieval and analysis companies in the country. Evans received his finance degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and his MBA from the Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
| Stephen Payne | Chief Financial Officer |
Stephen Payne has served Prognosis Health Information Systems as Chief Financial Officer since March 2011. As CFO, he is responsible for the Company’s financial reporting and analysis, accounting policy and treasury management as well as other administrative functions. Immediately prior to joining the Company, Payne served as CFO of WraSer Pharmaceuticals, LLC, a specialty pharmaceutical marketer and distributor where he oversaw all finance, accounting, human resources and business operations functions and played a key role in business and corporate development. During his tenure with WraSer, the company experienced rapid growth through organic product development as well as in-licensing and acquisition activities. He spent ten years with BMC Software, Inc. (NYSE: BMC), a global enterprise software firm, in various positions within finance, accounting and operations. During his tenure at BMC, Payne built and managed teams dedicated to the financial planning, measurement and analysis for BMC’s research and development and North American Sales & Services divisions. Payne holds a B.A. from the University of Mississippi and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Paul Sinclair joined Prognosis’ executive team in 2011 as its Chief Operating Officer, a role focused on driving world-class execution - delivering high quality and consistent customer experiences through value-based professional services and enterprise software solutions. Paul has more than 25 years of domestic and international experience in operations and business development. He is passionate about improving the systems and processes of care delivery; improving clinical outcomes; optimizing client revenues; and reducing the cost and friction within our health systems.
Before joining Prognosis, Paul was the Chief Operating Officer for Ingenix Consulting and Sr. Vice President for Cerner Corporation’s world-wide professional services organization. Paul holds a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida; and a Masters of Science in Operations Research from Texas A&M University.
| Steve Everest | Executive Vice President, Financial Solutions |
As Executive Vice President, Steve Everest is responsible for the overall product direction, vision, and execution for all financial solutions. With extensive experience in the clinical and technological areas of healthcare, he built a successful patient accounting & billing company, Creative Healthcare Systems.
Everest spent 12 years as a senior healthcare systems engineer at NCR Corporation where he designed, installed and supported computer information systems for community hospitals. In his early clinical career, Everest supervised the daily operations of large medical center pharmacies in the United States Air Force. Everest earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Missouri State University with an emphasis in computer information systems. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the Missouri Hospital Association (MHA) and Health Level Seven (HL7).
| Bryan Haardt | Executive Vice President, Technology & Strategic Partnerships |
Responsible for technology strategy and direction, and creating and expanding strategic partnerships, Bryan Haardt assures Prognosis' rapid and continued growth in healthcare IT. He has more than 15 years of combined information technology, management, and consulting experience. Previously he founded and built several healthcare, life science and technology investment and advisory firms including seed and early-stage venture capital funds where he has advised various companies in development of product strategy, development and delivery.
Haardt graduated Cum Laude from the University of Houston where he was a distinguished student and member of the Honors College studying artificial intelligence and neural-networks.
Serving an adjunct professor at Rice Universities Jones Graduate School of Business, Haardt also serves as a judge for the prestigious Rice Business Plan Competition.
| Melanie B. Pita | Executive Vice President, Product Management |
In her role as Executive Vice President of Product Management, Melanie B. Pita is responsible for the overall product direction, vision, and execution. It is her mission to be the messenger of the market to ensure the Prognosis product portfolio achieves client satisfaction and exceeds their needs. Prior to joining Prognosis, Pita worked as a healthcare attorney. For more than a decade, she managed healthcare claims and litigation and provided risk management assistance to physician groups, hospitals, and insurance clients nationwide. Pita received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication with Highest Distinction from Indiana University and her Juris Doctorate degree with Honors from Drake Law School.
| Roy A. McFadden, III | Executive Vice President, Professional Services |
Serving as Executive Vice President of Professional Services, Roy A. McFadden leads client organizations to EMR success through his vast knowledge of systems integration delivery. McFadden, a former Big 5 Consultant, has more than a decade of experience in systems integration and information systems. His executive experience includes the demonstrated ability of leading and growing consulting practices by using creative and unconventional techniques in generating exceptional results for both his practices and clients. The core competencies and methodologies in project management and solution delivery that McFadden acquired during his years as a Big 5 consultant are tools that are utilized in every implementation to facilitate increased client efficiencies and investor optimization. His project experience includes software selection, the development of strategic systems plans & analysis, business process improvement, design & development, testing, training, deployment, IT governance, deployment, and support (on-shore & off-shore models) and the re-engineering and change management activities associated with system implementation projects.
Additionally, he has engineered change management ingenuities that have increased technology adoption and mitigated workflow disruption for both small to mid-sized clients in the health care industry and beyond. McFadden received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas State University.
