ChartAccess® Inpatient EMR was one of the first systems to receive Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT) approval. Prognosis is planning to seek CCHIT approval for ChartAccess Outpatient EMR and its emergency department modules later this year – and eventually plans to become “enterprise” certified.
